Mr. Davis has 28 years of experience in several specialized areas and was recently hired as a member of the Senior Management staff within the Special Police Department at Children's National Medical Center, Washington, D.C. Mr. Davis began his career in Juvenile Detention in Baltimore, Maryland, and then transferred into the Adult Corrections sector where he obtained the rank of Captain. He then transferred to full Law Enforcement as a Firearms and Physical Skills Instructor. After departing the Police Department he deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as a Security Specialist (Contractor). Independently, he is the Contract Manager and Curriculum Developer for the Basic Personal Defense Course at the Foreign Service Institute where his team trains employees of the Department of State in Basic Personal Defense and a separate curriculum for Young Diplomats Security Awareness. Mr. Davis has several Instructor and Master Instructor Level Certificates.  He also holds a Degree in Security Management & Homeland Security from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
